Worst service imaginable and their lack of professionalism is appalling!! Their rudeness and lack of concern for a customer who trusted what was told to them makes it hard to see how they are still in business. Especially after seeing the other negative reviews. Go anywhere else for jewelry or jewelry repair!!

I called this shop 4 days prior to bringing in an antique pocket watch for a replacement crystal only because the lady (using term loosely) told me it was possible they may have it in their stock. When I took the watch in she acknowledged talking with me about it. She looked at it and said they probably couldn't get it fixed for about 2 weeks now as opposed to "a couple days" and she asked her son who I assume runs their business and he said the same. Disappointed at this I left the watch and gave them my number and she said she would call when it was ready. After 10 days I called to check on it and she told me they couldn't get the crystal for it and they had tried to call my cell number that I gave them and they only received a busy signal, "numerous times". I told her cell phones don't have busy signals, they have call waiting or go to voice mail, she proceeded to tell me to come get my watch and became extremely defensive. The next day I went in to pick up the watch and asked her to verify the phone number I had written down, the one she said she had been calling. She showed it to me and of course it was correct. She became very defensive again, calling to her son in the back of the shop to confirm that they both had tried to call me. He proceeds to tell me to just leave and get my a** out of their store, that he didn't like my attitude the first day I came in there, which seems odd since when I had left my watch they all told me thank you and to have a good day. He called me a dumb-a** more than once and I was so taken aback by any merchant acting like that I had a hard time thinking of what to say. But I did tell him I realized why there are 3 very bad google reviews for this place and I should have paid attention to those, and the whole time his 75+ yr old mother is standing there making faces at me as I was saying this to him. She even started toward the counter as if she thought she could actually do something to me, a 5'5" 138lb 52 yr old woman!! So needless to say I told them I would post a negative review about them any and every where I could possibly do so, up to and including a complaint with the BBB. The business is Maxwell Jewelers in Waxahachie, TX. I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to use them. There were so many other ways they could have handled this, but their defensiveness and unapologetic attitude certainly leads me to believe they were lying to me from the first phone call.
