Great Customer Service.
Although, be prepared to wait a few weeks for any service.

Went back recently after a bad customer service experience a few years ago. New name, same old faces and attitudes.
Life lessons
1) Second chances don't always end happy ( second time, shame on me).
2) Make sure who you are talking to is fully trained and they know to tell you shop labor rates will be added to the quote when they are done.
3) Completely check your equipment before you pay.
4) Once you pay, your no longer their concern or priority.
I bought this riding toro mower from them years ago.
I had to pay $150 more than quoted. If I didn't want to pay it, they let me know they would just sell the mower to recoup their money. I was told it a great running mower. They installed a $100 battery, I went out and the starter doesn't work? Why install a battery if the starter doesn't work and you have to use the pull rope especially a $100 battery. Battery was not mounted, just sliding around under seat. Got home, blade won't engage. Way more to the story.

Bad cus. service. 3 weeks turns to 4 to 5 and when you complain They tell you if you don't like it you can take your work somewhere else. I tell you now. take it somewhere else and save youself a headack.

This place has it all! Great service, great prices and knowledgeable sales staff. Don't waste your time at the box stores, these people know lawn equipment! Their zero turn Gravelys are top notch and priced better than the box store zeroturns.
