He has no idea what he is doing. My bathtub wouldn't even fit where he drew it. The plan was not buildable. Since he is so affordable compared to an architect, I thought maybe it was a fluke that his plans were not buildable, but then I went into a new house being built in a really fancy part of Waxahachie and the lady kept going on and on how they had to change everything, including their staircase and their entire upstairs because the roof that was drawn on the plan was not buildable. I COULD not BELIEVE IT when she said Blue Line Design drew the plan. BEWARE!!
