Worst pain management Dr. I ever experienced. I had to make two appointment with him just to figure out what kind of shots he was going to give me, where and what kind of pain relieve I could expect, because he did not explain on the first visit and when I got home I realized I didn't even know. I was so taken back with results from my tests results and how bad my back was, and then rushed to schedule the shots I didn't realize that he didn't explain any of this to me until I got home. So I had to schedule another appointment to get the explanation, and of course was charged again for that appointment.

Then they had to reschedule my procedure because their anesthesiologist wasn't available. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate this request, and when I requested a refill on my pain medication because I had run out they refused. They told me it was because they had offered me an early appointment which I did not except.
