We traded in a Chevrolet for a Ford F-150. Cloud that ask for better people. Really try to make sure you get everything you want.

Great Experience!

I was in the market for a new truck, so i stopped in my local (Gulfport) dealership and had the high pressure squeeze/mind games played on me! I left there with my blood pressure through the roof and ready to hurt someone because the sales person held me hostage (kept my drivers license) so I couldn't leave! I only wanted to go have lunch with my wife (who was waiting outside with my 4 year old daughter) while he got the deal ready for me to sign, but he was extremely rude about it and that rubbed me wrong! When he rolled his eyes and said " SHE CAN'T WAIT???" I was DONE!!! From there I went to Henderson Ford, where I was treated with respect from the moment I walked in! No pressure, I looked at and drove a couple trucks, did a little paper work (no mind games) and I was riding in my new truck in less than 2 hours! That's how a business should be ran! They were honest and upfront with me! I later learned that my first stop in Gulfport would have been a nightmare in the finance office because the $10500 off that the salesman kept repeating over and over would not have worked for me! I was not active duty military -$500, wasn't trading a ford product -$500 and so on! Take my advice, it was worth the drive!
