First let me apologize to Jaquae Brown in men's shoes; for my delay in writing. I visited your store on 12-16-17 looking for Vans shoes for my granddaughter. You didn't have what I wanted in stock, I asked if ordered would the shoes be in before Christmas. Jaquae said no. She could have lied to get the sales, but she didn't, I appreciate her integrity, honesty and customer service. She directed me to Vans in the mall where I found the shoes. Other customer service would done the opposite to get the sales. I have shared my experience with others and we all agreed that Nordstrom is first committed to 5* customer service and will bring their business to your store. KUDOS to Jaquae for her commitment to customer service.
