This place is nothing but a scam to lure people in, then lie and cheat them from their money. Their commercials are just as annoying and deceitful. They should be shut down and criminally indicted for all their misleading lies. What a disgusting business. Don't even step on their lot!

I unfortunately I wish I didn't have to give this business any stars...the old saying goes 'if something's too good to be true, it usually is". This business is a lot of hype. They lure you with 0% financing, $199.00 down, Everybody Rides Guarantee (I wonder if anyone has ever received that $1,000 check?). We visited there on three separate occasions and got a different story from the salesman. "Go look at the cars in the lot", so when you pick one out, they're more than happy to let you take it for a test drive. Upon your return, well, that vehicle is not available. They showed us one vehicle that their creditors would finance, and it was filthy, had not been detailed and had bald front tires, and body damage. Then, they didn't want $199.00 down, it was now $2,000 down. The vehicle they wanted to sell me was $4,000 over the Kelly Blue Book Value. There was no discussion of lowering the sales price because they were throwing a used, filthy car at me. I ended up taking my deposit and business elsewhere. I don't know what type of customer service training the sales people have undergone, but they should know that with technology at our fingertips, we can find out what the NADA value is on any vehicle sitting on their lot. They are rude and condescending to customers--I thought they're supposed to be the "Dealer for the People" (ha!). Keep in mind that those expensive TV and radio advertisements are being paid by the consumers who buy their overpriced 'auction' vehicles. Buyer beware...stay away from WAUSAU AUTO.
