I'm not sure how people can work at a brand new, bright, beautiful store and still be so unfriendly. It's such a nice location, great hours and really competitive. But it's not because the manager (that's what the cashier called her) is a Customer driven person. Her employees follow her lead. There was a time when 7 people were in line. One on the register working & 2 outside smoking. When one came off break, the one working became frustrated because nobody came to help and customers were getting agitated. When the store first opened, it was amazing. Friendly and so fast. I don't know that I've seen those same people there in quite some time. I don't go inside often anymore so I'm not sure if there is much turnover or what.
