CJ's Lawn and Snow Services, Inc. is the premier property maintenance company in Waunakee, Dane, Lodi, Sun Prairie and Madison areas. We give our commercial customers year-round property management in lawn care, landscape maintenance and snow removal, extending our fertilizer and weed control programs to our residential customers. CJs Lawn and Snow Services, Inc. was started over 25 years ago by Mike and Cathy Mulcahy. Over the years, Mike and Cathy created a well-respected business in Waunakee, Dane, Lodi, Sun Prairie and Madison areas. In 2010, they made the decision to bring in a partner to help with the business and to eventually take full ownership. At that time, Russ Statz was working as a truck driver in Waunakee and working to start a lawn company of his own. After trucking long hours he would mow for his few customers in the Lodi area. It was this drive and hard work that caught the eye of Mike Mulcahy. Mike had called for Russ and his wife Amanda to meet and discuss the possibilities. Russ and Amanda quickly dove in and started to work with Mike and Cathy. Russ and Amanda have learned so much from Mike and Cathy and are very honored to have been given such an amazing opportunity to be a part of CJs Lawn and Snow Services. Eventually, we out grew our location in Dane and in 2017 we built a new shop right outside of Waunakee. We continue to build our customer relationships and look forward to taking our business even further in the years to come.
