Very Poor Customer Service. Called ahead to make sure they had parts I needed. Got to the store and the manager said yes I remember your call, and yes we have what you need. Well he brought out the completely wrong thing, and he said oh no we do not carry that.... This was a waste of my time. There are plenty of other options in the area for hardware stores and you can bet we will never go back to this one. And I will tell everyone I know about my experience at this store.

Disappointed with the service at this location. After checking ahead of time with a phone call to see if the store carried an item and the manager saying yes that it's in stock, get to the store to find out that he lied about having the item and they don't carry it. This is extremely poor customer service.
