This place is amazing! Great prices, great service, great quality ...forget taking your items to Coach for repair... Take them here for half the cost of Coach's supposedly cost of shipping and free repair... They continue to amaze me... I do not hesitate to buy broken items at stores because I know they can repair them quickly and inexpensively at The Cobbler's Bench!

Great service, work and people. They repaired a nice pair of Florsheims I thought were gone, and salvaged a decent belt. Buffed out some serious scuffage on some other shoes as well. Quick turn-around and surprisingly reasonable.



And my wife's purse has been through the war (a Miu Miu?) so that's next.

Terrible service! Had our case in their shop for over 7 1/2 weeks! I called 3 X and went in once, each time same response "should be done next few days!" Finally went in today and picked case up, regular guy wasn't there. New guy had to look all over & couldn't find, I finally spotted tucked in corner. They hadn't even started repairs, let alone material that was supposedly ordered being replaced. My claim tag was no where to be found to even say who it belonged to. Guy released it to me, without even asking my name or anything. So terribly frustrating!!!!!!!!!!

You can't ask for better service or quality workmanship! Thanks guys, you are AWESOME!
