Amazing. Seriously. Working with Chad from Midwest Sound was a breeze. And he was so super-nice, to boot!

I recently had them do uplighting for a large event in a raw space, and working with them was an absolute joy. Professional, knowledgable, and so so friendly in the best way possible. A custom gobo. Sound-activated uplighting behind my DJs. Seriously... they did such a great job.

What a joy it would be to work with folks like the ones at Midwest Sound always. Five big stars from this gal!

Great prices, very well organized, and fun DJ. We chose a simple package for just a DJ for a specific number of hours (no lighting packages or anything like that,) and it was perfect for what we needed.

This company went over and beyond in helping me plan my day. From answering my every last question, to being flexible as I changed my mind a million times and finally coming to my rescue with all kinds of extras from lighting to mics when our venue underwent last minute changes.

FANTASTIC! The dance floor was packed from start to finish and everyone had a blast! SIMPLY AMAZING!

We had Matt for our wedding DJ and he was the nicest guy. He was extremely flexible the day of our wedding because things always take longer than you think. I was able to meet with one of the owners when I made a reservation for our wedding DJ. He answered all my questions

Our DJ kept guests on the dance floor all night and provided music for all generations. He was very accommodating and patient with requests. My wedding guests keep telling me how much fun they had. I'd recommend this company to anybody looking for a good time at their event.

Midwest Sound did a great job! They honored my quote that was given 2 years prior to my event, a lot cheaper than the current rates. We specifically requested Alfonso and he accepted, even though our wedding was on his birthday!

Our DJ needs were limited as we weren't having a dance floor, but we were pleased with the service nonetheless. Midwest Sound was prompt and speedy. They knew our venue already which made planning a breeze. They provided a large list of music and were able to meet both our wedding and reception needs. Our DJ made sure she was playing music that we wanted, and asked us before playing any special requests in case we had any songs we absolutely didn't want to play. She also did a great job of accommodating our requests for announcements and timing.

Our experience was AMAZING with Midwest Sound. Throughout the whole wedding process, they were very professional & fast to respond to any emails or calls I had with questions. The week of the wedding our DJ reached out to us to confirm all of the wedding details. The day of she arrived early, set up and was ready to go before our ceremony. She was great & everyone loved the music choice. She made our day go very smoothly and we cannot be more grateful. We would highly recommend Midwest sound

Chad and his people were always available to answer all of my questions that we came across during the choosing of a DJ. They were helpful with everything from setting up a meeting, to payment plans, to every time I called with a new question. They have our information on file and keep detailed notes about every interaction. They are kind and are a great price!

Update! - Everyone I spoke to at the Midwest Sound Office has been fantastic. Very helpful, and when we decided to extend the reception an hour to 11pm, they quickly got a revised contract to me to sign. (Always get everything in writing.)

Heather was very accommodating when I called to add an uplighting package to our services for the evening. She was understanding while I hemmed a bit about what shade of blue. I'm not indecisive, but wedding planning makes sane people lose their minds.

DJ Dan called us on Tuesday evening before our wedding. He went over the general plan, we discussed what ceremony music would be played. He also made sure to get everyone's last names, so that they are pronounced correctly. (we both have difficult to pronounce last names - lots of consonants) He went over what type of guests we had, what kind of music to play, and how involved he should get. He was awesome!

He really went above and beyond in matching his energy level to our guests. My husband and I left about an hour before the end of the reception, and the dancing was still going strong!

Loved how easy Midwest Sound was to work with! Was super excited until our original DJ got sick and we had to have a fill in... he did great playing songs everyone enjoyed and did a great job with ceremony music..

Our DJ Kevin was fantastic the week before our wedding. He had gone through in detail the written guide that we had written about our timeline and music preferences and had a very calming discussion with us just to make sure we were able to iron out all of the kinks.

our dj for our night was amazing. he did a wonderful job setting up the venue, and making sure our guests got out and enjoyed themselves. he also did a great job making sure we were taken care of and our guests got their requests in. would definitely recommend them for anyone...
