The CEO or owner of the company (Jose) likes to steal the services of other small business owners. He pleads for help right away and then ignores the bill. Jose of JLM Construction is a thief and a coward with no business ethics.
I know this because he stole over $2000.00 in parts and services performed out of my mobile emergency equipment repair services on his asphalt spreader. I rushed out there and performed repairs to the hydraulics and burner system over a two day period traveling over 80 Miles a day so he could make it to his next job to create revenue.
Not a dime paid to my company while he is out making cash on my dime. Unethical and a disgrace to businesses alike. Do not trust him. He will smile in your face and shoot you in the back.
