They helped me out in the beginning only to mess the job up, and not even fix the issues. After multiple calls and multiple emails and not fixing my huge issues I had. They threatened me with collections over 600 balance. They lie, there men barely speak any English on the field, cant follow simple instructions and have the craftmanship equivalent to an apprentice. If that. I lost my cool a couple times but after everything I've had to put up with involving them its justifiable. The 3 individuals in the office can kick rocks. I asked to speak to a person above gus or the owner and they wouldnt allow it. I do not recommend this company at all. The fence itself looks terrible itself. Go elsewhere trust me. I'm a carpenter and if I had time I would have done it myself

Wow, what a nightmare. Got an estimate to install a small gate and was told it could be done on a Saturday in 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks passed and no one called, so I called them. The guy pulled the wrong file and thought I was someone else (didn't check the full name or phone number) and then they wanted 2 more weeks. We're just talking about a 2 hour job here. I asked for my money back and am still waiting. About to dispute it with my Credit Card company. Only advice I can give is stay away. Stay far away from this company.

We called to have them come in to do a estimate for fence and they never came back to do the actual work. So i called a different company to do the estimate and then they did the work. Since last year they have been sending me an invoice statement for the work they have never done. I called them to try to rectify the situation but i recieved a very rude response from them. Unfortunatly now i have to get my legal dept involved in this matter. My recommendation is to stay away from them. Period.

I chose Aronson because you really know who you are dealing with. I didn't know they had a showroom off of Rte 12, but it is very complete. Roger and his staff made choosing the right fence easy, and the price was VERY competitive.
