Well, when we bought our spa last November I wrote a review on the sales process and how Mark sold us what we wanted and what best suited our needs. He told us when we bought the tub if we ever had a problem he would try to troubleshoot with us over the phone and save us a service call but if that didn't work we could expect him in 24-48 hours. Well, we had something happen and he was as good as his word.Within 48 hours of our first call he was here to help us out. Turns out, it may not be a spa problem at all but something in our electrical service. Far from being upset that he drove an hour for what is likely not his problem, he actually went through the tub to ensure that everything was set up properly, tightened up some things that had come a bit loose in 10 months or so of frequent use and told us to call him whenever we needed him. We have been conditioned to accept bad service for a good price but with Spa Wholesaler you get both service and price. Thank you!

Shopped for months looking for a hot tub. I was very tired of getting the same old car salesman pitch from all the retail stores. A friend of mine referred me to these guys and I now owe him a dinner. Just good honest people to do business with. Not pushy at all and they had all the competitor tubs on display. They even have used tubs if your on a tight budget. It's been 6 months since my purchase and anytime I have questions Mark is always there to help. Great product, the best prices, and outstanding customer service makes this the go to place for hot tubs.

Found Spa Wholesalers on line and was initially skeptical, as ad read by appointment only? Called and made an appointment that evening and was shown a variety of makes and models of competitors tubs. The owner not a salesman explained the pros' & cons of each and then demonstrated his hot tubs. No high pressure sales pitch, was truly impressed with the quality, the price and the level of service he committed to. Agreed to purchase the tub that night and in less than 24 hours tub was delivered and set up for free. Totally amazed by the honesty and level of service offered and provided, as well as a great price! I would highly recommend visiting Spa Wholesalers prior to purchasing a hot tub anywhere else. Best hot tub prices period. I brought them a price I got earlier from a store and they got me a longer warranty, a better spa with more options, and saved me 1500.00. One of the few things I have bought and feel really good about. These guys are the best. Thanks

Purchased a spa from these guys and you can't beat there price. They also service the tubs. I've had to call a couple of times to help me program the tub and I never have to hold on the phone long. When you call you always talk to the owner, not some salesman. Highly recommend over the retail stores. No comparison.
