Great people and great store. The owner and family have been part of the community most of their lives. They actually care about their customer and I have been going there for decades. Much friendlier and helpful than the hardware in Whitehouse, not to mention safer! I recently had a house lock fail and they were able to key all new locks for my house the same with spare keys for a very resonable price while I waited in the store. I also needed some cabling for a basement remodel job with wall connectors and they were able to provide help and all of what I needed. Surprisingly at the same price and even cheaper than I could find with the #1 online retailer!

I love Waterville Hardware! I've never gone there and they not had what I've needed or helped me with some sound advice. Once I went in there with a piece of some kind of weatherstripping (or something) for my door, held it up and said I need this. He had it in the back storeroom and explained to me how to install the replacement and I went home and got it done!

Great little hardware store in a quaint setting, old town Waterville, OH. Very friendly, personal service and problem solving by some of the most knowledgeable folks in the business. If you have a problem either John or Marsha will come up with an answer to turn it in to a problem solved. Family owned and operated so you know they care about taking good care of you.
