Will never use Steve's Limo service in Watertown again -extremely disappointed in the limo sent for our wedding. The radio in the back wasn't working correctly and the driver couldn't figure out how to fix it. The air conditioner in the back did not work either - again driver didn't know what was wrong. Took 6 messages and 3 weeks for Steve to finally call me back. Was told the air conditioner worked fine, we just had too much stuff in the back and no answer as to why the driver couldn't fix the radio for us. Was offered no discount or money back. Told me it was a fluke to which I responded "pretty expensive fluke for me".
