Refused for a commercial service before anyone in the management department even came to check things out.

Company seems professional, but I wouldn't recommend Krafft for commercial cleaning. Although things seem clean, Water is used for sanitation, rags are rarely cleaned and re used often, and our sinks and toilets are cleaned with the same soft toilet brush used to scrub the inside of the bowl. I also noticed that we weren't given one set cleaner. Many different employees were in and out. Not sure if that's how they tend to their business, or if they struggle to keep help. Either way, it's not comforting knowing many people have access to our buildings. I've heard many good things about Krafft but I'm just not satisfied.
