Where do I begin, We have had Aramark for several years simply because like most we did not pay attention to out invoices. Once we started paying attention we were absolutely shocked at what we found. We are supposed to have a 5% annual increase, but this year when the increase came it was 20%. I am sure they did this because we knew an increase was coming so they had hopes we wouldn't realize it was it was 20 instead of 5%. Every few months we found they were giving us price increases on selected items. Again if I didn't pay attention our invoices would have increased by 10 to 15% annually. 2 years ago we found we were being billed for items we were not having delivered. This went on for about 6 months before we discovered it. A couple years ago we discovered we were being charged for extra shop towels we were not using. When we asked about this they told us that when our towels were picked up they were dumped into a bin with the towels from other companies so they couldn't say exactly how many towels we were using so the driver had to estimate. Now we are being charged to "ruined" towels. So I asked them, if our towels are being dumped into a bin with other companies towels then how would they know it was our towels being ruined. Now they tell me that our towels are kept separate and they sort each companies towels independently. So which is it? It is what ever they need to tell me to make so they don't look like the crooks they truly are. Also I will tell you they use an automatic contract renal so if you do not pay attention they will automatically renew your contact for 5 years. I could go on but you get the point.. I would never recommend Aramark for anything. If this would let me I would give them a 0 rating!!!!
