I bought 200 wine glasses for my wedding as favors. When I received the glasses they all had major flaws and bubbles, even though the same glasses in the store were fine. I even asked at the store before I purchased them if that was how they came in, and was told that maybe 1 in 12 will have a minor flaw. The store refused to take them back and the manager was extremely rude. When I contacted the district manager, she was also very rude and hung up on me rather then try to help. Don't was your money at this store, spend it at a store where they actually care about their customers.
