im not a "professional" fisherman, but would like to say i have a lot of experiences and been to many places. this place has got to be on the bottom of my list. lake seems flat and shallow to me, i usually scout the lake out for evidence of fishes, besides carps i don't see any evidence of panfishes, guppies, or smaller fishes. carps are big fishes that usually eat up the other fishes egg thus wiping out their population. i know they sometimes stock trouts in the winter time but do they really? if they do must be very little in amount. i hate to see a lake die out, but sure feels like it from a fisherman perspective (imo). i can't say if any other fisherman have good luck there or know a "secret" spot. bottom line, save your hard earn $10 for entry fee and possibly go elsewhere.
