I found Tools Plus one day when driving past Home Depot. I noticed they were open so I decided to stop by. Glad I did. The prices were BETTER than what Home Depot had + the selection was better as well. It was perfect timing too because my Dad's birthday was just around the corner and he was looking for a NEW M18 FUEL kit to add to his collection. I had the best gift hands down. As for the staff, Chris was super helpful. He was able to tell me about the latest and greatest in Milwaukee. Finding a competitively priced local business is like a needle in the haystack. Tools Plus was just that. I will be a return customer.

three weeks ago, I purchased a Milwaukee grease gun from tools plus, from their website. I received an extremely damaged box, perhaps the most damaged box I have ever received. I am handicapped and perform almost all of my shopping on the internet, so I am experienced. The damaged box doesn't cause immediate concern, things happen. it was the response from customer service that caused my concern. they refused to provide a replacement item. Second they refused to pay shipping back to tools plus. third (as of today, 9 days after receipt back at tools plus) after I paid for shipping back to tools plus, they have refused to return my payment. I am currently filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and have noticed that there were other complaints filed against Tools Plus. Beware, I have dealt with grumpy customer service before, however, none so unethical. Their own return policy does not permit damaged product received back...but would expect me, the customer, to accept one on my end. This feels like the twilight zone. There are dozens of places to buy tools on the web...go anywhere else.
