My experience was horrible!After having to wait 1 hour to be serviced, I was put in a chair to wait some more.After explaining precisely what i wanted he proceeded to service 2 other clients besides myself,while totally disregarding my instruction.After speaking up, he dismissed me &told me to again wait for someone else. I had been nice yet assertive about the situation,But recieved no apology, treated rudely & unprofessionally.Too bad, my 5 family members & friends were looking for a closer Salon. Obviously they dont need us!.......CLIENTS BEWARE!!!...PASS THIS ONE BY!
