The employees are very nice and friendly the office was very clean! Would recommend to a friend!

I went to aspen Dental last week because my old denture broke in half, i called to make an appt. and the friendly rep said they can take me in the same day. I was surprised they needed xray for a repair but then Dr. explain the rationale. Dr. also adivse me to get a new set of dentures since the one i had was 20 years old and was not the fist time they broke. I was amazed at the different promotions and payment plans they offer. The office manager explain the diffence in each denture ans help choose the right one. My grandaughter had tears in her eyes when she so my new smie. I love my new dentures, thank you aspen specially Dr. DIno

I love this office, Everybody is so pleasant and professional. The front desk greeted me with a big smile and the dental assistant was very friendly. I had a severe toothache and this was the nearest office, I went thinking that i was getting an appt. for a couple days later but they took me in right away. Dr. S explain everything and was able to pull my teeth right away. Christian the office manager was very professional and also help me get payment plan for the other work that I need. I consider Aspen Dental in Waterbury chase av my new home.

I scheduled and appointment for a cleaning in January and they put it in their calendar for October. I cancelled an appointment for a filling and they never acknowledged that I cancelled. The cleaning that I had was the most painful cleaning ever! They charged me $41 for a tablespoon of flouride and I didn't even ask for it and did not know I was going to be charged for it. No rinse sink...they just make you swallow everything, since the suction thing doesn't work right. I will never go back.
