Work was not completed in a reasonable time frame.

I selected this company months before my new house was ready for their work to be done. My son kept in touch along the way. Informing them that the work would need to be completed between Christmas and New Years. When they were contacted to come do the work they put us off saying that there were fifty jobs ahead of us. We had to wait for them and the plumbers had to make an extra trip out to complete their work because of their delaying things. The work they did was good but be willing to be delayed if you hire them.
