VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I spoke to the owner Ricardo about leasing commercial washers and dryers for my apartments. We spoke a couple times about getting it set up and then Ricardo promised to send me a contract. He never did after promising me and me already making plans for his services. He left me hanging and in a very bad position. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and still to this day has not called me back after numerous messages.
