Provided by YP.comJackson Hewitt just lost a customer. I went in today for the second year in a row and this will be my last visit. Even though by finances were very close to 2016 my bill went from $89 to $149. The explanation was ridicules. I should have walked out right away but I gave her the courtesy to continue. Big mistake. Her comment was "when you come in next year I'll work with you." No you won't! This was my last year.
I hope someone from the company reads this!
