My husband called this company and the owner gave him grief over taking down our awning ourself and storing it although that's what the previous owners of this house did and we were new to awnings and told my husband he was busy helping people with insurance claims who left their awnings up during the winter so I guess that was ok because he probably made more money that way. Second, he said to call him in about a couple weeks because he said it was too early to put it up and after several phone calls and a couple of messages from both of us, this owner didn't even have the decency to call back. Plus, the owner was never at his store on Davis School Road. Terrible way to run a business.
