i had ordered replacement windows through Frank Filippone, when the windows arrived and the contractor came to install them, they were new construction and not replacement windows. I called frank and before I could even say anything he said that is what you ordered. now it is going to cost me triple the amount to install plus they will not be able to keep the original chestnut trim that is around the window. I now have to hire an attorney to get my money back and never got any response from frank or the company
