Terrible Experience With Pete Bloodgood Accurate Appliance I recommend you do not use this company.

Please if you are looking for a timely repair on your appliance DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY How do i sum up 4 months of text and unanswered callsIt was December 2012 Pete came out to look at my broken glass on my stove door upon his inspection he said i needed a couple of other parts we said ok while he was there we were having trouble with our refrigerator not making ice in the front panel. He said directly to me :I will charge you only one service call fee being i was only here 5 minutes and i will order glass for stove and look quickly at frig panel seeing the ice maker did not work. So in good faith i gave Pete a check for $100.00 for a deposit on his service call. He left saying he will let me know what costs for parts will be we said fine. In the meantime my husband decided to surprise me with a new stove for christmas he called pete and told him pete was ok with it but the glass he had delivered ups would have to be returned he said he could return it at no cost to him or us if he did it within a reasonable amount of time. he asked me to put glass on porch and he would be in neighborhood in couple days to pick it up the glass sat on my porch for about 3 weeks finally he set up an appointment with me for my frig he took glass that day and came with a circuit board for my frig i was still ok with everything he hooks up the circuit board in less than 5 minutes starts to read schematics and explains to me i cannot read the diagram i suggested staples he said that is good he says i will go to staples or home and blow it up and get right back to you when he left he said if its not the circuit board we may need another part i said whatever it is, is fine its cheaper than a new frig just now. so i said whatever you need to order call me with the price and im sure it will be fine. Again he leaves this is Jan 29th already a month or so after being at my house for stove.So now the battle to get him back begins a week goes by this was Feb 3rd 2013 -Feb 10th i asked him via text do you have part Feb 19th I said are you coming for frig March 1 comes same March 4th comes and goes unanswered this is me asking Peter please come i hope all is ok. March 4th he says i was in a car accident in hospital for 2 weeks (I felt bad for him said to hope you are ok he says i am home now and plan to get back to work ill call you tomorrow another week goes by i *67 him on his phone he tells me he is at the can can sale at shoprite ill call you back as soon as get home put this stuff away i said ok no problem (guess) no return call again March 20th i text him Pete i hope all is ok please call me finally the next day he ask me for my email gave it to him at this point i wanted an explanation of what the delay was and possibly a receipt for parts ordered maybe no email he told me he ended back in hospital again felt bad and let it go By now it is April 1 I said are you ok please call me April 8th Are you ok please call me Finally on April 10th i was fed up this is 4 months later I just wanted my service call fee back which i felt i deserved because i gave him the 25 he requested for gas for the stove service call, I said to him i still have no repaired refrigerator what are we going to do. Now the conversation is heated up from both of us his words to me were why dont you JUST SHUT UP AND GROW UP. I was like what did you say who says that to a customer I said to him this conversation is going no where i have filed a complaint with Hunterdon County Consumer Complaints Division I cannot wait to see explanation. (Im sure he will lie again) At this point the 75.00 is gone but i want you all to see this and please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! (I hope god willing its not true but now he says he has a terminal disease he was not in a car accident I hope he would not be dishonest with...
