No need to make an appt because punctuality is non-existent with this business. Made an 1130 appt for a 90 min massage. Woman was in the back but didn't start til after noon. Then was to have a manicure at 2. But it seemed that a coloring and rinse started at 1 take more than an hour, wouldn't have been able to start til 215. Wife just walked out. Neither women apologized, only said and I quote "oh I hope she isn't too upset." They are ok with making you wait for them. Gets 2 stars cause according to my wife the massage was good. But that is to be expected imo
