This shop has excused, demanded payment first and despite having the vehicle for over 8 weeks since the tornado is still unable to do the work placing a tornado survivor in a real unhappy place beyond home damage. 8 weeks is more than reasonable enough to get a car done EVEN after ordering parts etc. Very disappointed with the way this place is treating our local community survivors.

First of all i took my car in to get checked out as i was hearing a noise similar to the noise i heard with the previous repair to my back tire. he stated he could not get it in that day to bring it in monday. when i brought it in monday at 10am he said he would look at it and let me know by 1pm what that problem was. I received no phone call so thought everything was ok. returned to the shop at 130pm. they had not even looked at my car yet and the owner was at the dollar store! I thanked them for not even a phone call. I then took my car to another place. it had been what i suspected. the same part on the opposite tire. I paid 115 dollars for the repair and at this Advanced automotive rip off place i paid 227 dollars!!!!! that's DOUBLE!!!!!!!!! They also have an F rating from the BBB. please stay away!!!!!!!!!!!
