I have been a patient of Dr. Kaufman since 1990, and I highly recommend her. She takes time to talk with me before an exam to find out want is wrong. And has made excellent referrals for other services I've needed. I think she's the best!

Feels like assembly-line medicine. Doctor is very competent but too busy to do a thorough job or make you feel like she knows who you are (she once confused me with someone else). The office staff is frantic and rude---I was booked at the same time as someone else and no one, including the doctor, apologized. Very poor service.
