They removed the old refrigerator and brought in the new

refrigerator and set it up. The men were very careful about maneuvering

through a narrow hallway, lifting it over my piano, and settling it in

the kitchen. I was grateful for their respect of my furniture and really

impressed how courteous they were.Nice front desk they had wonderful

customer service skills.

I had a good experience here. I thought the value for the money was good. I liked that there was a 24 hour front desk, 24 hour emergency maintenance, my utilities were included and that there is a roof top deck. I was working on a 15 month contract and was happy with the place. Hope this helps!

Charming apartment. No real "community grounds", which is expected in the city... but its nice and I enjoy living here very much.

The apartment is located in the perfect location for both my work/social life. That was the most important aspect in finding an apartment. I expect to be here for at least another 2 years.

A decent rate for an apartment so close to downtown, this building is excellent for those looking for an easy commute. A quiet community despite proximity to busy Thomas Circle. My studio was spacious and recent upgrades included paint, windows and a nice rooftop refurbishment.
