Horrible Attitude

I love Subway and this one is only blocks away but I never go there because they are so unfriendly and rude. I took my nephew there last month. He asked that they warm his sandwich a little longer so that the bread would be more toasted. They totally burned the bun and tried to charge us for an extra sandwich when we refused the burnt one. I used to go here every six months or so, hoping that they wouldn't irritate me. Never again.
