This is a UPS access point. I went to pick up my UPS package and the rather aloof and rude guy there said he didn't know anything about it and to come back on another day. We repeatedly called the store and no one answered. The package got returned to shipper and we're still trying track it down. What a nightmare. Worst service I've ever experienced.
