Shred Ace was flat-out great to deal with. I called and/or emailed several shredding companies for Reston service and Shred Ace was the most professional and courteous, AND had the lowest price. Their driver called me when he was on his way . . . who does that?!?! I'm a fan and have recommended them to my entire neighborhood.

Had a great experience with Shred Ace - they were by far the nicest to deal with on the phone, their driver called me on the way to my office so I didn't have to wait around, and my 30 boxes were shredded on the truck in about 15 minutes. Awesome service, highly recommend.

Great company, really impressed by their service. They called the morning of my appointment to give me an exact arrival time, not like the cable company with the 4 hour window. Very professional and surprisingly cheap, I thought.

Shred Pro was the only shredding company I talked with where I actually got to speak directly with an owner. They were incredibly flexible in terms of scheduling - they worked around my busy schedule - and there were no hidden costs, fine print, etc. Everything they told me over the phone ended up being true. I highly recommend Shred Pro.

My company needed several years' worth of documents shredded. We called a bunch of paper shredding companies, but Shred Pro was clearly the best. They had great customer service, were responsive, price was affordable, and best of all they showed integrity. We will continue to use them going forward
