I think this computer shop is great, met these guys passing fliers at Takoma Park metro and told me they can fix my cell phone cracked screen and will give me 10% off. I have a iPhone 6 4.7" that i dropped while I was running down stairs. It was shattered completely, and I feel bad it was only 2 weeks old. i went to various repair shops but all were very expensive. I called this shop, and was welcomed by a very classy with amazing customer service on the phone, very nice person. I came and met with the owner and I left the phone with them. He placed an order for the part in front of me and showed me it will arrive within 4 days. 4 days later he called my office to let me know it was installed and ready for pick up. I was impressed with his service and the price of $140 in total including the part which was the LCD with glass and frame all in one unit for a very affordable price, being a mom with 3 kids, I was impressed with the service. I would use their services again if I have a problem. Thanks.

They were awesome. Fixed my iPhone 7 way cheaper than ubreakifix and I had the best customer service. Updated me every step of the way. Even gave me free screen protector.

I called this place from craigslist and the person who answered was professional, addressed me with Misses and that is something different. I had a issue with my macbook and my iPhone 6. I explained my issues and he quoted me a very reasonable price quote as I already called several others like best buy, staples, ubreakifix and they were very expensive. Don't believe the hype because you own Apple equipment you don't have to pay more. So my issue with my macbook, running hot, slow to load programs and can't connect to my WiFi. My iPhone 6 well let us say I dropped it and it cracked, feel bad cause I just bought the precious phone last week. Now the quote are you ready?? drum roll please lol for my macbook I was quoted $120 for labor and I pay for parts which is refreshing. My iPhone was a bit pricey but much cheaper than all others nonetheless, cracked glass, cracked LED so $200 for a new unit which includes the glass, digitizer and LED amazing prices. Turn around time for parts 3 days and house visit free. My Macbook is fast again and loads programs fast. My iPhone 6 well it is new again and I love it. Great service, reasonable prices will call and come here if I have any electronic malfunction. Glad I found you.

Great place to repair your computers and cell phones. I found these guys at silver spring metro station. I brought my Toshiba Satelite to them for repair last week and my iPhone 5 which also had a cracked LCD due to being dropped of a table by accident. I called several computer shops and all were expensive. Geek squad quoted me at $250 for my laptop and $140 for my iPhone, geek on site said it was $300 total for both my laptop and phone, and ubreakifix said it was $320 for both. I called this place and they quoted me at $120 for my laptop LCD and $80 for my iPhone. I brought my computer and iPhone in and told me they had to order the part and it will take 4 days till they get the part in and will text me once it arrived, and 4 days later i got a text it was installed and ready for pick up. My iPhone was also fixed. I was very happy and when i came by, Zeid showed me it was fixed and like new condition. I highly recommend this place for its service and affordable prices. They also cleaned my computer which was full of dust and showed me 1 on 1 attention for my laptop. I don't think any computer shop will offer a service for free.
