Really enjoy every experience I have at this facility. Listening to the music she played I became a fan of 91.9. Great atmosphere.

Initially, I was pleased with the thought of going here, due to "...... dental spa." Yea right. Upon a few visits, I wouldn't advise anyone I know to go. I had 3 or 4 visits and each time, the wait was unnecessarily long. Why am I waiting for an hour or two if there is no other clients there? I had two extractions, the second of which was an extremely harrowing experience due to the lack of care that was shown. I have had multiple teeth that didnt have cavities get drilled and filled with composite resin when I specifically asked for amalgam. I guess my requests mean nothing... what's the point of completing the info form? How does a cleaning only consist of scratching at my teeth with a dental tool? No paste, no buffing, no rinsing. Crazy. Now I have to go to another dentist to get these 3 fillings removed because there is substantial pain in those 3 individual teeth. Fact is, it should be understood thay some are nervous and/or anxious about going to the dentist so asking questions is normal. How unprofessional is it to get aggravated and "buck" with your patients upon receipt of a simple inquiry? Moral of the story -- Don't let a dentist screw your mouth up, you only get one set of adult teeth AND...... NEVER go to Relax N Smile Dental Care Spa. I would have only given a rating of 2 points of one star, not even a whole one. You have been warned.

I't was so unprofessional. My appointment was at ten and when I got there the Dr. had not even arrived yet. After 45 mins of waiting listening to this weird spiritual music which I thought was inappropriate even as a spiritual woman, she appeared. She looked at my teeth said some words I couldn't understand and then wasn't going to explain anything to me. She then proceeded to stab my gums with the tool they use to remove dirt and plaque and tell me that my gums were "tender". I guess they are when you stab them, I've never bled or felt pain during a dental exam before. She didn't ask me to rinse, didn't give me any further instruction, and when she was done she just got up and walked away. The people working there were not knowledgeable and I noticed once I'd left that there was still plaque on some of my teeth. Don't go here if you have another option, the office is nice but the word "Spa" is damn wrong. Wouldn't recommend it.

I truly enjoyed the professionalism of this dentist. Her passion for dentistry shows as she cared for the needs of my teeth. She took her time and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend her to anyone who ask about a good dentist.

I love the environment and the dental service. He being a Godly woman was also a comfort for me and my family. She does awesome work and I trust her.
