Doctor Paul is an Ok surgeon considering he has a lone private practice and can usually be seen at hospitals hunting for prospective clients to operate on as I was told by other physicians at the time. A relative had an operation performed by him and although the operation was a borderline success it left much to be desired in the aftermath. Moral of story-"Caveat emptor".
