They damage clothes, I took a perfectly fine pair of light pants there and they were returned color run (red.) The manager has no respect and had the audacity to call me a liar (I had been going there for over a year.) She didn't ask any questions, made no inquiries, she simply denied denied denied. I am currently in the process of taking legal steps as the dispute is a matter of principle.

I went into my closet to retrieve a particular pair of pants. These pants were still in the plastic that was handed to me when I retrieved them from the dry cleaners some weeks previously, including a number of other items that I had put in for cleaning. Splitting these clothes apart, I noticed that there was a tag at the top of the hanger that essentially read "We tried and tried to get these stains out for you, but were unsuccessful." - I thought, "Oh, maybe there was a stain that I did not notice before I handed the pants in for cleaning." Instead, what I found was that it was heavily stained, a red from where another piece of clothing has run on my pants, which are a light blue. I was so upset to see this, doubly annoyed by the tag, which insinuates that I brought the clothing into the store, in that condition. I immediately made my way to the dry cleaners - manager has a policy of denial, took no responsibility. I have filed a complaint with BBB.
