LiveGreembing is amzing they have some good pepole working there.

I was very pleased with the work done by Livegreen Plumbing. The technician who came to my house was on time, wore covers on his feet and was very knowledgable regarding a possible leak in my upstairs bathroom. I noticed a dark stain on my first floor ceiling, that's what initiated the call to my home warranty agency who suggested Livegreen. To thoroughly inspect my upstairs bathroom for a possible leak, the technician cut a hole in my daughter's closet to gained access to the bathtub and shower fixtures. Once the inspection was complete, he kindly suggested a spring loaded wall cover instead of replastering the wall, in the event I need to gain access to the fixtures in the future. Hopefully, I will not have to deal with anymore plumbing issues; nevertheless, if anything comes up I'll definitely use Livegreen's services again.

The tech was great. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. On time, professional. This was home warranty service and I was very impressed.

I was skeptical about the price that was quoted for a suppose need of modification of paying $1,000 out of pocket for a home warranty claim for installation of a water heater. I was told once they receive the confirmation from the warranty company they would order the water heater and call to schedule. Four days passed, I called to follow up and to get a status. LiveGreen Plumbing did not contact me to schedule installation as they promised. Apparently the water heater wasnt ordered until after I called. Trina called me back requesting a deposit to order the water heater. I spoke to this company several times and there was no mention of required deposit. This company is not upfront with their service fees nor do they give detail to their invoice cost. When viewing an invoice the customer should understand what they are paying for. It appears that they adding extra fees since the invoices lack detail (labor and material cost specifically).

Just wanted to share my experience with LiveGreen Plumbing Services. I called in a claim through my Home Warranty and was assigned LiveGreen. A Representative contacted me and I had a appointment schedulaed all within 24-hours. Very quick response. The Tech. provide OUTSTANDING service. My Tech explain everything step by step and ensure I understood what was going on. I recommend LiveGreen in the future they are, prompt, professional, caring, and provide outstanding services.

I wanted to take a minute and thank Mr. Kori tech. from Green Plumbing he was very professional and answer all my husband and I many questions. Mr. Kori is one of the BEST tech I had in my home. He was very patience and always stayed professional while during the repair. I would highly recommend Green Plumbing because of him and the wonderful Ms. Catrina who went beyond her job to make sure that the repair could be made in a timely fashion. Was referred to live green through my warranty company, plumber could not figure out what the problem was with my water heater. Was without hot water for almost 2 months. Plumber caused damage to laundry room floor basement carpet, carpet on basement stairs and personal vaccum from cleaning up soot.beas told that they are not in the business of replacing 2 1/2 year old carpet. Even thought not one employee from the company besides the plumber came to see the carpet. Sent photos to show that my carpet in other areas look brand new compared to the damage carpet and still waiting for assistance with this matter.

The technician arrived during the time period stated, called 20 minutes to advise he was in route and asked me to describe the issues I was having. He came fully prepared to address the concerns and during the service he asked a few questions to better assistance with the diagnosis. the arrived on on time as he stated. Not only did he address the concerns he advised what needed to be done to correct the problem. I appreciated the promptness, the professional attitude and the care given to my home. I will certainly use the LiveGreen Plumbing in the future and recommend to my family and friends.

The professional who responded to our warranty claim was extremely professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and respectful as he provided solutions to all the issues present. I would definitely reach out to this company again for future plumbing needs and request the same expert.

OUTSTANDING Company and service!! Live Green was on time, professional and knowledgeable. They brought the right tools and parts. I had another company attempt the same repairs twice and they wanted to come back again with better parts. Live Green was in and out within an hour and the work was WELL DONE! We had to re-pipe our whole house. Mr. Brown sold us a Halo5 system. We love the system. Not Mr. Brown. He was not outright honest until we specifically pointed out problems that he should have divulged as he was doing the work. He was trying to charge us extra after we had signed the contract for the work. He also promised us we could pick out any toilet and he would replace for free since we bought the whole house filtration unit on top of all of the re-piping of the house. At the end, he bought the cheapest toilet and told us that we didn't have a choice because he only contracts with some providers. Really?!?!?! I would not recommend this company because Mr. Brown is the "Master Plumber" there and his integrity concerns me.

We had Live Green Plumbing respond to a home warranty plumbing request to fix a water leak. To their credit, they were able to arrive quickly and timely.

The bad: They did not replace a valve with a rusted on hose, because he could not find the part. He "fixed" the pipe below with the same valve. When we found out the valve/rusted hose was leaking (because he didn't test pressurizing the hose for us), they insist it is a "new" problem and needs a new deductible.

The worst: Right after the first repair, he suggested I replace the old valve for a new one for only $180. So he tried to upsell me on the correct fix.

I'm still working on getting my home warranty to force them to make a repair that actually lets me use a washer.

The company would not replace a faucet and the phone number on their caller id could not be returned. After AHS contacted them, they refused to fix the problem and said that they had been contacting me. I looked through all of the call records (voicemail and just dialing) and did not see a single call until I called AHS. The company even had my email address and did not even email me. THIS IS A REALLY BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

This is the most professional plumbing company I have ever dealt with! They were very accommodating in scheduling the appointment and arrived on time. The technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. I strongly recommend them.
