If you don't mind hearing gunshots, roaches, and rats this is a decent place for your buck!!! Yes RATS (not mice). I found 6 dead rats in my apartment one weekend. Sorry at least 3 were still living when they were discovered on glue traps. Roaches everywhere, in the cabinets(kitchen & medicine), in your clothes, hallways, outside, I mean everywhere. Even when I threw everything out and the cabinets were empty I would countinue to find live & dead roaches. This place is infested horribly. I'm still haunted with the memories of mice jumping on my mattress and can't sleep in the night without some type of light.
