If i could give zero stars, I totally would. Scheduling was a nightmare. The main contact tried to reschedule us the day before because another customer wanted "extra services." When I called back, they said they couldnt even come. THEN, I get text messages very late at night (after 11 pm) saying that they could come the original time. Totally schitzophrenic.Today is our cleaning. The crew shows up 45 minutes late. When we called our contact to see where they were, no answer twice. The crew finally arrives and walks right into our apartment without even knocking! Who does that?!This is horrible,and I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for your cleaning services. There are too many cleaning vendors in this area to provide this kind of poor customer service.
