Provided by YP.comdon't visit this location, Tuesday 5/10/11 went there for a haircut and Tony, a short black barber with potholes in his face, smell like burnt engine oil, cut my hair and robbed me $50 the $15 haircut ended up costing me $70, I am a student at Howard University, to all Howard Student avoid this rat nest with a menacing petty thief Tony. I even tipped the damn guy and he swear I didn't thats why he picked my $50. TIM ---- HU Student
