I was literally 8 minutes late for my appointment (8 minutes... not 10, not 20, not 30... 8!) and I was told that the doctor had "left for the day." First of all, I have been going to them for the past 3 years, so I am a loyal and valuable customer. Second of all, they have my number and didn't feel the need to call me to tell me my doctor had left and wasn't coming back for my appointment! All the receptionist said was that she was sorry and offered to reschedule my appointment. NO THANK YOU! I will NEVER return to this place, the service I was given was TERRIBLE, even after 3 years of loyalty! If you are a potential customer, you should DEFINITELY avoid this place. If you're a loyal customer, you won't be treated with any form of respect, so my advice is to find a doctor who will actually care enough to stay til the end of the day for your appointment!

I enjoyed my exam. This was the first time I liked just about all of the frames. They were definately my flavor. However, I am extremely picky, especially with frames I will be wearing for awhile. The owner of the care center was quite pleasant and very helpful. He assisted me with picking out my frames and it was one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. They were unique and cute, just like me.
