I am going to file a formal complaint against the franchise at this location. I was treated so poorly by Veronica on 4/15/15. She would not allow me to change my order from regular wings to bbq. She refused to refund my money even though the food had not been cooked. Then she called security on me and dismissed me as she rudely went on to the next customer. It was unbelievable. I am astounded that these establishments come into African American neighborhoods and treat the people like trash all the while taking their money to pay the mortgages on their homes in VA and send their children to private school. It's a true tragedy. But I intended to tell everyone I know about my horrific experience and urge them to NOT patronize this location. I am also going to contact the corporate office and post my experience on every single listserve in the neighborhood. We have to stand UP as a people and demand HUMANE treatment where we spend our money.

I went to the one in largo a it was great. Was excited to see one opening up in my neck of the city. My husband and I went there 12-3-11 It smelled like something was burning. I ordered wings and a sub chicken Philly sub. They forgot my fries that wasn't a big deal but the staff in the cooks were unorganized and that was unusual for a carry out that seemed to have more than enough staff. The food tasted fine but after 30mins I felt sick and after a couple hours I was sick and after relieving myself from both ends I was fine. Get it together. I'll give it another chance because I understand it may take some time to get things running smoothly.
