HORRIBLE SERVICE...

I visited your store on Oct 9,2015, with my daughter. We walked in and there were 4 women all behind the counter talking, they all looked at us and then back to their conversation never acknowledging us. This I feel was completely unprofessional.

I have frequented your store on a few occasions and have always been treated respectfully, that is why I returned. But unfortunately after this experience I will never again.

I will never recommend David's Bridal to anyone!!

I just had a bad experience. I enjoyed the girl that greated us but she passed me on to a sales person who looked less than excited.I told her I was looking for a lace halter dress..she then proceeded to tell me " that is a last years style and they probably wouldn't have it." She tried to get me into shiny dresses that looked cheap even though I had said I didn't anything formal. I am 46 and wanted to look attractive not tacky. She then explained to me she had a halter dress from clearance and it need to be cleaned because of the make-up on it. I passed. I can't say that I recommend the place.

Unless you are planning on spending thousands of dollars on a dress they do not treat you well. My daughter made an appointment and when we got there the store was filled with other brides to be. There was no one to help us and after waiting over a half hour we were finally brought to the corner of the store where they kept the vaccuum. My other daughter was 6 months pregnant and never offered a seat. The girl asked if we knew what we wanted to look at? We had a list she circled the first three and said that was all we could try on. There was only four. Really you cannot look for the fourth one? We waited for a dressing room for another 15 minutes. The room had tags and a dress in it. The girl did not come back to help fit the dresses seeing my daughter is a size 2 and the dresses the girl brought out were from sizes 6-14.

My thoughts are to stay away from this store. They are a hit or miss store when it comes to customer service. And when you ask to speak to the manager they tell you to wait a minute and they will go get her, then come back and say she must have went home for the night. Then when you are finally ready to leave the manager was the one to say have a good night.

If there was a negative star to give this company that would be what they would get.

David's Bridal is all hyped up to be the place to go to get your dress

Number one from their top ten reasons you'll love David's Bridal - they will go above and beyond what's expected - who are you kidding with that I made an appointment and as soon as I sat down with the receptionist I was told that I was allowed an hour to try on dresses and was told to take a seat by the dressing rooms while other customers were fitted and assisted(that lasted twenty minutes) - I didn't even get one on one help by an employee there were 6 women working the night I went to David's Bridal and I am stuck with the only women that was helping another customer while all other employees walked around the store doing nothing, how is fair or any way to run a business ... also I walk into a huge warehouse of dresses and I am told to pick a dress from a catalog I was never asked if there was anything that I am looking for in a dress , when I was asked if I liked the dress I tried on my responses were not acknowledge there was no maybe you might like this better just go pick another from the catalog

Number two quality and craftsmanship - every dress that I tried on was made out of cheap material

Number three VALUE ??? if every bride should feel and look like a million dollars they definitely should not go to David's Bridal

Number four "We make it personal" - in no way shape or form was anything about my visit made personal - it was very clear that the women employed there were miserable and just trying to get through their shift there was no heart or soul or even the faintest portrayal that they were there to help me find my wedding dress they are there to sell sell sell and that seemed to be their only concern

Number five authority - stating that you will have a knowledgeable and experienced consultant for one all of the women employed were over the age of 40 over weight and miserable - why not try finding employees that actually like what they are doing and want to help brides to find "the one" instead of saying "wow that looks really beautiful" when in reality it looks like complete crap - they are there to sell, concerned with a paycheck rather than helping make the experience of dress shopping fun and exciting

Number six amazing assortments - I will agree that there was an assortment or vales, shoes, dresses that I was not allowed to look at, mirrors, empty dressing rooms and six women who were completely unqualified to be in customer service

Number seven fun - the only fun that I had was walking out of your store

Number eight attention to detail - in order to pay attention to detail you have to be attentive - the consultant helped me into the dresses then took off and left me by the dressing room for a minimum of fifteen minutes - I will give you an A+ on the amount of attention in which the consultant demonstrated towards not wanting to make this experience fun and rewarding

Number nine the experience - the moment I walked through that door it was not professional - who gives the bride to be a catalog to pick a dress , doesn't ask any questions as to my likes and dislikes just pick from the book - there was no getting to know you, your likes dislikes, expectations , there was nothing personable about the experience at all

Number ten fashion - If you have all of these designer dresses are the all fake , every dress that I picked from the book looked like they were silk or satin however when the dress was brought to me they were all made out of crappy material - how do you have a warehouse of dresses and I not be able to try on one dress in my size

I really was disappointed in every aspect of this experience - there was NO customer service what so ever and all the BS in your ten reasons to choose David's Bridal they sound all good when spoken in your commercials or posted on your websites but as a company you should back those statements up - stand by what you preach
