Real bad experience not for the faint of heart everything bad took two and a half months to come install my sliding door they installed it about an inch and quarter poking out of the house didn’t put encasements on had to be called back and to make matters worse didn’t leave the lock keys I hope it doesn’t leak because if it does I’m going to talk to the owner I have photos of the door

I have a 90+ year old home with all over sized windows, I am replacing windows a couple at a time, my contractor orders them but I have dealt directly with custom built and they are always very helpful and the product is beautiful.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I HAVE BEEN WAITING ONE YEAR FOR THEM TO COME AND MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO A SET OF DOUBLE DOORS THAT I PURCHASED FROM THEM. THEY NEVER RETURN MY CALLS AND HAVE THE SECRETARY LIE THAT THEY ARE NOT THERE.
