Provided by YP.comIneffective service and condescending customer service. We paid for them to exterminate fleas and the very next day we still had fleas. I was told that the guy didn't even see any indication that fleas existed while he was there (yet he said nothing and took our money anyway) and if we still had them and wanted them gone we should vacuum the house 2x/day every day for 10 days and if they still existed we could have them come back out and spray again (for a fee). When I questioned this I was told "I have only been doing this for 30 years"...not a happy customer

He was thoroughly helpful on advising me of the problem and even honest in that with my particular issue, it was something I should solve by sealing cracks rather than having him come in for an expensive but temporary treatment.
I highly recommend Budget and would advise anyone to call them with their needs because of their educating, caring and honesty.

Provided by YPmobileWe were with them for 15+ year and just discovered our house is falling down from a wood boring insect that they neglected to identify or treat. Their response, from "good old Bob", gee well that's not what kind of treatment you are being serviced for. Really? When I told them this was ridiculous and we were "done", Bob replied "bye bye"! Family owned means nothing I guess! STAY AWAY! Take it from a customer who thought her pest control might actually help her to arrest pests!

hi it's bob from budget. we were sorry for the misunderstanding with Mrs. Hernandez. the fact the Hernandez's' were with us for fifteen years is a positive statement in itself. both of the customer comments you read here are contract disputes. our contract is very specific as to what is included and or excluded. it is one the most inclusive, customer friendly contracts in our operating area. it is our belief the wood boring beetle problem was discussed multiple times, through the years with Mr. Hernandez., we also believe that Mr. Hernandez stated he would get back to us. log style homes are very expensive to treat when boring beetles infest. when we did find a wood destroying insect issue in another of their properties they disputed my findings. a return visit to the property, at our expense, was necessary to prove the infestation existed. then they agreed to the treatment but cancelled before i returned to the office. never heard another thing about that issue either. we can and will treat only when the customer requests and pays for the treatment. we give good inspections, advice, service and prices. give us a try, you wont be disappointed, Mrs. Hernandez wasn't for fifteen years. thank you for reading my response.

Provided by YP.comhi its bob from budget. the customer that wrote the poor review was offered and received the services he paid for. the dispute arose thirty days after the warranty for his mouse treatment expired and his mouse infestation re appeared. the customer refused to accept that warranties expire. i did hang up on the customer after he argued with me for 30 minutes that the definition of a warranty is a gurantee, obviously it is not and i did not honor his request for free services until he no longer experienced mice.
if you have had a mouse service you will note from the customers message our $250.00 fee was very reasonable for a treatment that includes 3 scheduled visits and a 3 month warranty.
all homes are suseptable to rodent infestations at all times, and yes some homes require ongoing services to maintain a pest free enviroment

Provided by YP.comSTAY AWAY!!!! This place is a rip-off. $250 dollars to get rid of a mouse. Months later, still can't catch it. When I called to complain, they tried to setup me up on regular ongoing visits at a hundred dollars a pop. Wow!! When I declined and pushed them to honor their initial promises to me, the guy got angry! He yelled, insulted me and hung up. And this guy is supposedly "as close to the owner as you're gonna get." Nice!! The economy must be getting better folks, no reason to worry :)
All I can say is take your business elsewhere or you can count on poor service, poor results and unprofessionalism.
